Misty is an Alternative Medicine and Healing Therapy Practitioner. She sees herself as a holistic health and wellness coach for her clients and community. While applying a variety of integrative techniques or modalities in her current practice, she listens to what your goals are with every session. "A goal for every client's session is that they develop a greater understanding for their body to realign and naturally heal itself." 

Misty has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2007, and she is a graduate of the Centerpoint Shiatsu and Massage Therapy school in MN. Additionally, she has advanced training and certification from the American Academy of Acupuncture and the Upledger Institute.

Misty enjoys spending time with family and being auntie to Ariel, botanical medicine, yoga meditation, holistic nutrition, pottery, watercolor painting, organic gardening, and attending classic car shows all over the USA, while driving a 1961 New Yorker.
